Therapeutic touch is truly an essential and powerful healing tool. By accessing the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and renewal), massage and energy based bodywork returns us to a balanced state, creating an optimal climate within the body for healing to occur. 

Additionally, massage addresses a number of soft tissue conditions by removing stagnant energy, waste and toxins and increasing circulation. Results include reduced pain, increased range of motion, improved muscle function and an overall sense of wellbeing. 

I believe receiving massage and bodywork on a regular basis is an important component of a healthy lifestyle. Every soul deserves to live the best quality of life possible and I am so grateful to be able to share my work.
